I am Rico Tan, an IT and operations leader based in San Francisco.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, systems, security, people, and practical operations. I spend a lot of time thinking about how small teams can manage complex systems without losing the human side of the work.

Outside of work, I am usually exploring food, travel, photography, motorcycles, and the occasional long road that makes everything feel a little clearer.
